Clean union,thread,sealing surface,sealing ring and keep them in good condition before installation.

2.Check 2.1 Tags,moulded or bonded marking,conformance label on hose shall be intact.

2.2 Hose body shall be free of visible deformation or cracks.

2.3.Hose lining and cover surfaces shall be free from serious wear,delamination,kinking crack,bubble and soft spots.

2.4 Sealing surfaces of union and flange shall be free from corrosion and cracks.

2.5 Sealing ring shall be free from corrosion and deformation.

2.6 Bolting shall be free from corrosion and deformation.

3.Connection and fastening

3.1 Hose shall be handled by lifting or moved by bracket,do not allow dragging and moving on ground.

3.2 After installation,hose should be in relax,free from severe bend,twist,distortion and crush.

3.3 Cross contact with other equipment and facilities shall be avoided.When distance is less than 30mm,rubber blocks or cushion blocks shall be used for effective separation.

3.4 Do not use chains and wire ropes to directly bind hose body for lifting;Nylon sling can be used to bind hose rigid end,or safety clamp can be installed at designated position on hose for lifting.

4.Limitation of operating pressure:

Stable working pressure for conventional fracking operation should be within 90%rated working pressure;

Stable working pressure for factory fracturing should be within 85% rated working pressure.

5.Limitation of operating flow:Max.flow shall not exceed recommended value .

Internal fluid temperature range:-20℃-121℃.

6.Environment temperature range for hose:-46℃-50℃

7.Only after inside pressure is completely released,replacement or rectification about manifold can be conducted.

8.For factory fracturing,patrol inspection shall be done after each operation,and inspection about fastening shall be carried out after each three operation
